Weights and Things

I wanted to touch base with you all and give a quick update to how things are progressing on the Gym. As of Friday the 27th, we've sourced most of the items that we want to bring into the gym at this point. Naturally, there are a lot more things we want to bring in, but it's a slow and deliberate process. We can't get everything we want right out of the gates, but we will be growing and expanding frequently once we open the doors. Simply put, if we don't have it right away, just wait a bit. 

What does this mean for all of you? I would like to offer the opportunity to any and all of you to get engaged with us on what you'd like to see. If this were your gym, or a place for you to go to let loose of some physical build-up, what kinds of instruments, tools, etc. would you like to see? We're already bringing in some heavy bags and gloves, a good amount of free weights, and even a Bob. If you don't know what a Bob is, just imagine a large hitting dummy that looks like a grumpy man...that you can beat half to death and not feel bad about it afterwards. 

I would also like to open this up for suggestions on classes or lessons. I can't guarantee everything, but I'll definitely see what can be done. If we can't do it now, that doesn't mean we can't do it later. So, let us know!
